El presente trabajo de investigación incluye la preparación de hidrogeles en base a N-isopropilacrilamida (NIPAAm); este monómero se eligió debido a sus cualidades principalmente termosensibles. Su comportamiento se basa en el colapso o en el hinchamiento del gel cuando su temperatura se encuentra por arriba o por debajo de su temperatura de transición (Ttr) respectivamente. |
